• All delivery timelines are approximate. Orders may ship earlier or later based on availability and other factors.
• Delays caused by courier partners due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. We will keep you informed of your order status.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained solely due to delivery delays.
• We may occasionally ship orders in parts. If you cancel a partially shipped order, only the unshipped portion can be cancelled.
• If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15 days before reprocessing. If the original item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternate product.

• Any address change must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch — whichever comes first.
• For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package. Couriers may leave parcels at the door if unattended in certain regions.
