These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

📋 General Terms

Orders & Payments

  • For COD orders above ₹5,000, a 10% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Indianfestiva.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of payment status. Payments will be refunded in such cases.
  • Indianfestiva is not liable for any credit or debit card fraud. The responsibility of using a card lawfully rests entirely with the user.

Cancellations & Delivery

  • Orders once placed generally cannot be cancelled by the buyer. In the rare case we accept a cancellation, money transaction charges (bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the customer (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Indianfestiva will try its best to meet the delivery schedule but is not liable for delayed or early deliveries for any reason.
  • No complaints will be entertained more than 3 days after delivery.

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. We reserve the right to verify your details and may reject or suspend your account for false information.
  • All content on indianfestiva.com — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Indianfestiva, protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
  • Bollywood/celebrity product images are for reference purposes only. Actual colour, fabric, and design may vary from the reference image.

🎨 Product Variation Disclaimer

At Indian Festiva, we make every effort to display our products accurately. However, minor variations may occur between the product shown online and the product received.

  • Our products may include inspired or reproduction designs, so minor differences in embroidery, prints, embellishments, fabric, finishing, or overall appearance may occur.
  • Colour and shade may vary slightly due to studio/artificial lighting, photography, screen settings, and display devices.
  • Some catalogue or model images may be digitally enhanced or AI-assisted for presentation purposes. Such images are intended for visual reference only, and the actual product may have slight differences in appearance, styling, or presentation.

  • Minor variations in design, colour, measurements, or finishing are considered a normal part of fashion manufacturing and will not be considered a product defect when the product is substantially consistent with the order.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these possible minor variations.

  • By submitting our web form, you consent to receive communications at the mobile number provided, even if registered under DND/NCPR with TRAI.
  • You further authorise us to share your information with third-party service providers as required to fulfil your order.
  • Indianfestiva reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any of these terms at any time without prior notice.
