📋 General Terms
Orders & Payments
- For COD orders above ₹5,000, a 10% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
- All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Indianfestiva.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of payment status. Payments will be refunded in such cases.
- Indianfestiva is not liable for any credit or debit card fraud. The responsibility of using a card lawfully rests entirely with the user.
Cancellations & Delivery
- Orders once placed generally cannot be cancelled by the buyer. In the rare case we accept a cancellation, money transaction charges (bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
- If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the customer (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
- Indianfestiva will try its best to meet the delivery schedule but is not liable for delayed or early deliveries for any reason.
- No complaints will be entertained more than 3 days after delivery.

- You agree to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. We reserve the right to verify your details and may reject or suspend your account for false information.

- Bollywood/celebrity product images are for reference purposes only. Actual colour, fabric, and design may vary from the reference image.
📩 Communications Consent
- By submitting our web form, you consent to receive communications at the mobile number provided, even if registered under DND/NCPR with TRAI.
- You further authorise us to share your information with third-party service providers as required to fulfil your order.
