  • Delivery time after dispatch is usually 3โ€“5 business days.

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.
  • Once the shipping confirmation is sent, no changes will be accepted.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Delivery Guidelines

Do not accept the package if:

  • It is damaged or tampered.
  • The package appears empty.

Please open and check the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If undelivered, the order will be returned.
  • Re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), but it may not be available in all cases.

  • Frequent returns or failed deliveries
  • Suspected fraud or unusual activity

If COD is unavailable, customers will be informed and asked to use prepaid payment methods.
