When Can You Return?

• Returns are accepted only in two cases: (1) you received a wrong product, or (2) you received a damaged product.
• In both cases, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without a clear unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Damage or wrong product complaints must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your order along with the unboxing video.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, you must courier the product back to our address at your own cost.
• After we receive the product, our team will inspect it thoroughly.
• Refund will be processed only if the product passes our inspection and everything is found to be in order.

Refund Details

• If you choose a refund (for damage or wrong product cases), 80% of the order amount will be refunded. A 20% deduction covers platform handling, payment gateway, and website charges.
• Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund is processed within 7 days via the original payment method.

When Can You Cancel?

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been marked as shipped.
• Once an order has moved to "Shipped" status, it cannot be cancelled — even within 24 hours.
• If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

When Can You Exchange?

• Exchange is accepted only for size-related issues. No other reason will be considered for exchange.
• Raise your exchange request within 3 days of delivery at Indianfestiva.official@gmail.com. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
• We will ask for a real unboxing video and image of the received product for verification — this is mandatory.

Exchange Process

• You must courier the product back to our address at your own cost.
• After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.
• The re-delivery charges for sending the exchanged product back to you will also be borne by the customer.
• COD is not available for exchanges.
• Exchanged products are delivered within 7–9 business days after inspection.

! Colour & Embellishment Disclaimer

Product colours on screen are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur due to photography lighting and monitor settings. Weight, work details, and sizing may also vary slightly. By placing an order, you acknowledge awareness of these minor variations.

Garments with embellishments such as beads and sequins may have some come loose during transit — this is normal and does not constitute a defect.
